notice_summary_english: a) the subject of the order are services in the field of:
• performing auxiliary activities at the patient on behalf of medical staff.
• intra -hospital transport
• comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection inside the objects,
• year -round maintenance and order of external areas, including snow removal of roads, square and pavements belonging to the Employer and pavements adjacent to the property in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2020, items 1439, 2320 and 2361),
b) The contractor to whom the order will be awarded will take over 22 employees (22 full -time) pursuant to art. 231 of the Labor Code (existing hospital employees currently carrying out the order) under the following conditions:
• all persons employed under a full -time employment contract,
• all persons employed on the basis of an employment contract, for an indefinite period,
• 12 people are protected due to the pre -retirement age, according to data at the end of February 2025.
• 2 people acquired the rights to retire -they are in employment according to the data at the end of February 2025.
• Average salary PLN 4,666.00 gross full -time employer -wg data for February 2025.
• supplement for work at night, paid in accordance with the provisions - Labor Code,
Other staff for the performance of the contract will provide the Contractor on its own.
c) A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the minimum daily schedule of the work of the staff performing the service are specified in Annexes No. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to SWZ.
