Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, Annex No. 3a to the SWZ - draft provisions of the loan agreement for Package No. 2 and Annex No. 3 b - draft provisions of the lease agreement for Package No. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task of this procedure.
