   The eligible company shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria for both lots were the same;

1) FINANCIAL CAPACITY:

As a minimum, the Bidder must provide proof that it has access to financial resources such as working capital of recent year, lines of credit, and other financial means to meet the cash flow requirement of and its current contract commitments.

• Document Required: In case of bank Statement: the period requires shall be past six (6) months prior to the submission of bid and the bidder must provide a sworn declaration to authorized the Employer to verify and authenticate the submitted bank statement.

2) EXPERIENCES:
Extent of the Bidders experience in supply contract of similar nature and magnitude
As minimum, the Bidder must provide proof that it has satisfactorily completed one (1) similar contract within the last 5 years.

A). Description: LOT 1 (Hera Power Plant) Cash Flow Requrement Value: USD 15,000,000.00, Similar Exprience Requirement Contract Value: 30,000,000 Liters of fuel supplied annually.

B). Description: LOT 2 (Betano Power Plant) Cash Flow Requrement Value: USD 15,000,000.00, Similar Exprience Requirement Contract Value: 30,000,000 Liters of fuel supplied annually.
• Document Required: Certified true Copy of the Certificate of Completion or Acceptance/ Taking-Over Certificate/ Substantial Completion for the contracts submitted as successfully completed. (English Translation, if the original documents are not in English).
