   i. The Supplier MUST hold an authorized distributor/reseller license from the Manufacturer for the goods “Smart Water Meters” to be supplied and provide the supporting documents.

ii. The Supplier MUST hold a certificate issued by the General Agency for Standardization and Metrology confirming that they have been granted the “Right to Import and Sell Meters and Measuring Instruments”, and provide the supporting documents.
