The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Banking Services Of A Managing Entity For The Processes Of Tax Collection And Other Public Or Private Revenue Of This City Council. The Call For Tender Is Therefore Aimed At The Credit Institutions Referred To In Article 9 Of Royal Decree 939/2005, Of July 29, Which Approves The General Collection Regulations. The Banking Entity That Is Awarded Will Have To Have An Open Office In The Municipality Of Calonge And Sant Antoni. This Bank Will Act As The Management Entity Of The Different Entities Collaborating With The Municipal Collection Services. In This Sense, All The Amount Collected By The Different Collaborating Entities Will Enter And Submit Through Compatible Computer File, The Information Needed To Identify Each Of The Income. In Any Case, The Adjudicating Entity Must Carry Out The Following Processes: • Treatment And Management Of Collection Of Domiciled Receipts - Q19 • Treatment And Management Of Collection Of Non -Domiciled Receipts - Q60 • Preparation And Sending Of Payment Notices For Non -Domiciled Receipts (Leaflets) • Treatment And Management Of The Amounts Collected By The Different Collaborating Entities • Submitting Banking Services Typical Of The Tax Management Procedure The Revenue May Be Taxes Of Periodic Expiration And Collective Notification, Unique Payment Taxes, Self -Assessments, Liquidations, Fines Or Letters Of Payment And Any Other Public Or Private Income Of This City Council. In No Case, The Award Of The Services For The Collection Of Taxes And Other Public Law Income Will Attribute The Character Of 'Collection Body To The Providers Of The Service.
