The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Operation, Conservation And Maintenance Services For The Sanitation Systems Of The Plan De L'Estany District Council. The Facilities Included In The Contract Are Those Detailed In Section 2.2 Of The Specific Technical Specifications. The Service Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Prescriptions Listed In The Specific Technical Prescriptions And The Specific Administrative Clauses That Govern The Contract.
