The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of New Electrical Panels, The Removal And Replacement Of Worn Materials, As Well As The Replacement Of Electrical Grids At The Auction Site Of Ichthyoskala, Piraeus. The Project Concerns Ichthyoskala Piraeus (An Area With Strongly Oxidizing And Special Conditions), An Option Is Provided For "Additional Work To Restore Unforeseen Damages" That May Be Revealed During The Stripping Of The Old Materials. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Of Option For The Supply And Installation Of Additional Equipment (Panels, Racks, Other Electrical Material) Or The Execution Of Additional Electrical Work In Other Areas Of Ichthyoskala Piraeus, Up To The Amount Of €20,000 (Excluding Vat). This Right Can Be Exercised Within The Term Of The Original Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract For An Additional Three (3) Months, If The Option Is Activated. The Services Provided Are Classified In The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): Cpv 31211100-9 "Electrical Panels" And Supplementary Cpv 45310000-3 For Electrical Installation Works And Cpv 45315700-5 For Installation Of Electrical Panels. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. The Initial Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €80,000.00 Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €99,200.00) The Estimated Value Of The Option Amounts To €20,000.00 Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €24,800.00) The Total Project Budget, Including The Option, Amounts To €100,000.00 Plus 24% Vat, And €124,000.00 Including Vat. The Above Budget Includes All Third-Party Deductions, Fees And Duties. The Initial Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Six (6) Months And The Contract May Be Extended For An Additional Three (3) Months In Case Of Activation Of The Option. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Annex V.
