1) Set of ear surgery tools – 1 pc.
2) Endoscopy optics – 4 pcs.
3) Optics with water jacket – 2 pcs.
4) Set of endoscopic tools for nose and paranasal sinus surgery using the FESS method – 1 pc.
5) Hospital beds – 14 pcs.
6) CO2 laser with an operating microscope attachment – 1 pc.
7) Operating microscope - 1 pc.
8) Set for classic laryngeal microsurgery – 1 pc.
9) Ear microsurgery kit – 1 pc.
10) Operating drill for ear microsurgery – 1 pc.
11) Nasofiberoscope – 3 pcs.
12) Operating headlamp – 2 pcs.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annexes No. 2.1-2.8 to the SWZ, respectively, to Package No. 1-8:

Package No. 2 - Endoscopy optics
Package No. 3 - Hospital beds
Package No. 4 - CO2 laser with an attachment for an operating microscope
Package No. 5 - Operating microscope
Package No. 6 - Operating drill for ear microsurgery
Package No. 7 - Nasofiberoscope
Package No. 8 - Operating headlamp
Information regarding the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract for Package No. 2-8 and Annex No. 3a to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract for Package No. 1. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement contract in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task of this procedure.
