The CONTRACTOR agrees with ETICNAR to supply campaign posters, institutional folders, and other supplies and stationery items required for the development of activities stipulated in the inter-administrative agreement signed with the Department of Nariño, in accordance with the technical specifications, quantities, and conditions indicated in the proposal, which forms an integral part of this contract.
