Electriciens sans frontières is a French international NGO and registered charity.
Since 1986 it has been leading projects designed to give access to electricity and water for the poorest people to improve their living conditions by making access to electricity a lever for human and economic development. Putting their skills at the service of international solidarity projects, using access electricity as a lever for development. Access to energy and water are necessary conditions for the fight against poverty and promote economic development. Today, nearly 1.5 billion people lack access to electricity and more than a billion lack clean water. This is a crucial issue for developing countries and a major issue of international solidarity. Since 1986, Electricians Without Borders aims to facilitate access to energy, and water and promote local initiatives that contribute to improving the living conditions of the poorest populations. |
