This electronic procedure is not an electronic tender. The estimated purchase price indicated is conditional and not related to the real price (the real price will be specified by the interested person in the documentation related to the electronic procurement procedure, which will be handed over to the interested person in a confidential manner), the procedure will reveal the bidder representing the lowest price, with whom the contract will be signed with a secret seal. A person wishing to participate in the electronic procedure must have a state secret activity permit (form N4).
